Return Policy

All products sold in our store are made to order. Because each item is created specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a manufacturing error, it may be eligible for replacement directly through our production partner. To request a replacement, please contact support@printful.com with your order details and photos of the issue. Their team will review your request and arrange a replacement when appropriate.
